Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing funtaala.diy@gmail.com with unboxing photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened DIY kits, customized products, and items without original packaging are not eligible for return.

Refund/Replacement

• If eligible, we’ll process a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days of approval.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
